Unfortunately at this time it is not possible to make custom shapes. The main problem is that shapes are not stored in the document that you save, it's just a reference to "circle" or "network switch". This means that if you open the document on a different computer the shape will not be available.

The closest you can do today is to add a .png to the diagram and clone it as necessary.
