Ellipse tool (selected with a darkened square around the icon) does not "crop to selection" under "image" Selected circle ( circle of dashes) inside square original picture disappears when crop to selection is chosen and original picture remains. Looked at youtube tutorial that instructed same steps - tried over and over - does not work. Tried sift key with tool and every configuration of these steps and others - no go. What am I doing wrong?
