Instead of having a simple 32 color palette, why not have a full-color palette / color-wheel-selector-thingy?

Have you tried clicking on primary or secondary color? The window opens with wheel selector.

Indeed this does open a color wheel. It would still be nice to have a mini-color-wheel that is always visible (i.e. Paint Shop Pro 9).

Tyler, can you attach a print-screen, I don't have Pain Shop Pro (and I am not going to buy it).

Of course. Here is the color selection panel that is used by Paint Shop Pro 9.
