In Pinta 0.7 on Windows XP sp3 I sometimes click on the border of Tools or Palette window and accidentally moved mouse. Toolbar gets re-sized. It would be nice if some kind of lock toolbar option would be available, something like right mouse click on Tools/Palette/Layers/History and select "Lock toolbar".
