When copying and pasting, it defaults the pasted selection to the top-left of the screen. This is annoying if you are zoomed in, you must zoom out, and then drag to where it needs to be, and then zoom back in to get it precise. It would be nice if the pasted selection goes to the top-right of whatever your zoomed view is, like in paint.

Pinta 1.6 was released March 1, 2015 and this feature is in this release (it was in previous at least I remember). Paste appears in top-left site of the window. Pinta 1.6 can be downloaded from: http://pinta-project.com/releases
