What I want to see implemented

We currently have the function to resize the selected pixel when holding the control key and dragging the mouse while holding down the left button. However, resizing the selected pixel by dragging the blue handle (figure 1) on the corner would be better. like how you would do it in the rectangle select tool.

How will this be useful

This will be useful if the user needs to resize an image by a corner. For example, if the user needs to edit an image onto an image of a laptop, with the current resizing method the user will need to move the pasted image to the very centre of the laptop. and then press the control to resize the image to fit the screen of the laptop. However, if the user got the calculation wrong and the image is not in the dead centre of the screen. The image will not fit into the laptop screen (figure 2). If this feature is implemented, The user can paste the image, move one corner to the edge of the screen, and adjust each corner of the image to fit the screen.
