Email and IP addresses are used by Communiroo for the purpose of providing the service, and are not shared or publicly visible to other users. Email addresses are used by Communiroo for various communications, like to provide updates on the service, reset passwords, and for requested notifications on project content changes.

User and display names are publicly visible to other users, but do not need to be personally identifiable if desired.

Communiroo does not sell, rent, or give your personal information to any third party, except as required by law.

Personal information may be stored on third-party servers under our control, particularly Microsoft Azure, which hosts Communiroo.
