Hi, if I understand correctly you have an image and trying to add some adjustments, so you did:

1. Adjustments and selected Hue / Saturation.
2. Move one of the slider and on one laptop result is immediate and on another laptop using the same operating system and Pinta version the effect is only visible AFTER OK button is pressed in Hue /Saturation dialog.

I actually don't know what the problem is, I have never faced such a problem, but you can try one of the things (on laptop where Pinta is not working as expected):

a) In your home directory try to remove Pinta config files. Maybe in some strange situation some config file was corrupted. Do the following:

• Close Pinta if running.
• Go to the ~/.config/Pinta directory and delete all of the files in this directory (or move them to some other location if you would like to copy back the settings after test).
• Start Pinta and retry if problem reappears.

b) Can you please test latest development. Development version is not going to install on your system, so system can't get corrupted. The files are only extracted to sub-directory and if you don't like it you can always delete the sub-directory without any negative effect on your existing system. Do the following:

• download latest working development version from https://pinta-project.com/pintaproject/pinta/builds currently working version is Version 1.7.0.232 (you need to download "zip" file for OpenSuse).
• extract "zip" file into directory, by default it is unzipped into pinta sub-directory
• in Terminal: cd pinta
• in Terminal: mono Pinta.exe I know it looks like this is Windows file (.exe), but it is not, it is Mono file on Linux distribution. Try reproducing the problem. Is it working on Pinta 1.7-development?
