Hello,

Would it make sense to have a "Settings" or "Preferences" window in order to change basic parameters in Pinta? For instance, the language could be chosen in this window, in case someone needs to use it in a language different from its system language (in my case, I have Ubuntu in French and need to use Pinta in English). I guess other parameters could have their place in a "Settings" window, just like in other programs.
