Hi, Trying to do something simple: replace black color in a QR code to blue. Gimp, Inkscape, and even Krika way too complex. Inkscape has a "Color Replace" menu option but Inkscape is for vector drawings and does not work on raster images like .png files. Hoping to do this in Pinta, but I can't find a "Color Replace" button or menu command. I attached a copy of such a file. Thanks for any help. Cheers Christian

I think you can do this with the "Recolor" tool (press R or select from the tool palette), which replaces the secondary color with the primary color. You'd probably want to make the brush size very large if you're applying it to most of the image at once
You can use the Color Picker tool to pick the correct color you're trying to replace, if it's not exactly black.
Hi Cameron, Thx for this suggestion. Could not find the Recolor tool, but "R" worked. It sounds like a good idea but did you try it on the sample file I appended to my question ? I couldn't get it to work. Maybe I'm too much a Newbie and you need to detail more the steps. Please let me know if you get it to work on the sample file and what the detailed steps are.
Cheers Christian
