I'm trying to make the UI look like the photo "whatitshouldlooklike.png", but it looks like "whatitlookslike.png". How do I fix this?

In the View menu there are controls for hiding different parts of the UI. But the one screenshot is from an older version of Pinta, and there have been UI changes since..
