Hi,
I have installed Pinta 0.4 on Ubuntu 10.04 using deb package from Launchpad.

I would like to cut some field using Rectangle tool and filed it with background color with one step if possible. I am very used of this feature from "Microsoft Paint" on Windows.

In Pinta I have to do the following:
1. click on Rectangle icon from Tools section.
2. draw a rectangle
3. press Delete button or select Edit | Erase Selection.
4. click on Paint Bucket
5. right mouse click to fill the rectangle using background-color.

Or the following:
1. click on arrow in Palette section to change forground-background color
2. click on Rectangle icon from Tools section.
3. draw a rectangle
4. press Backspace or select Edit | Fill Selection
5. click on arrow in Palette section to change background/forground color to use other tools (changing back to original).

It would be nice if some kind of action would be possible to fill background color when deleting unwanted part of the picture.

I suggest:
1. click on Rectangle icon from Tools section.
2. draw a rectangle
3. press

Regards
or select Edit | Fill Background Selection+
