Hi, I would like to cut some field using Rectangle tool and filed it with background color with one step if possible. I am very used of this feature from "Microsoft Paint" on Windows. In Pinta I have to do the following: Or the following: It would be nice if some kind of action would be possible to fill background color when deleting unwanted part of the picture. I suggest:

I see bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/pinta/+bug/678296 was fixed (right-mouse click using Eraser erases with background color, white by default).
Wish in current bug report is probably also easy to fix, but I have suggested to use
. This feature would really speed up my day to day work.+ in my first post, but I think it should be better to use +
