Add different presets like 800x600, 640x480 for the new file dialog. Also add a transparent check box to create the first layer transparent instead of white

Pinta 1.6 was released on March 1, 2015 and all suggested feature in suggestion were implemented. Pinta 1.6 can be downloaded from: http://pinta-project.com/releases
