A 'Save As' icon on the toolbar would be handy. The ability to add other icons to the toolbar as well, would be good.

Save as... buttons are not all that common on other programs, so I don't think this is very good idea to have inconsistency between programs. But you can easly access Save as with keyboard shortcut: Shift+Ctrl+S
